Loved the electric stove and fridge in the room! The spacious layout.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, perfect for us. The whole room was brand-new and clean with which were very comfortable and the tub, for example. Our location was decent and perfect close to the mall. And it's at walking distance from Franco's Pizza, ate there once or twice.

The room was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy. Most of the towels were thread-bare.

Free parking and Wi-Fi helped but the bathroom door was broken. Very odd.

The maintenance of rooms could use major improvements!!! That's not just a suggestion. The bathroom doors need fixing, and the rugs should be dried out properly. The cleanliness left much to be desired!!!

I thought the rooms looked dingy

Not, the rooms were ugly and not clean, you can't even take bath properly, such a small shower area and forget about the room service. We booked three rooms 2 non smoking and 1 smoking, but there no difference at all between smoking and non smoking rooms. It's a waste of money. I was charged some $XXX.00 amount , but when I checked in , they charge almost $50.00 more

The real deal or a total steal?

The spacious layout made my stay super comfortable with easy access to local amenities.

The dreadful smell in the room and unclean bathroom conditions destroyed the experience.

Avoid If Possible, Disastrous Experience

After a long 7-hour drive to spend Labor Day with friends, we arrived only to discover our confirmed reservation wasn't honored. The rude front desk staff never showed any willingness to help. We ended up sleeping in our car!

Staff attentative, room clean, safe.

The Bed had just one bed seet: the one on the mathress. I have covered uip with just the blanket.

The Boulevard Inn was easy to find and centrally located.

My room had a horrible odor that did not go away even with the exhaust fan and air conditioning/fan on.

The location was favourable and ideal, in the middle of jackson, and the bed comfy. Also, it was 15 mins drive from University of Buffalo.

Both rooms that I reserved were filthy.

Staying with my mum made it even more special, as we explored nearby parks together. The spacious room was perfect for our large family, great to relax comfortably.

My kids wished for more entertainment options for young ones.

The room was budget-friendly and had a microwave and refrigerator, convenient for late-night snacks. The close proximity to work.

The bathroom was small.
